Brian Molisse, Owner

Molisse Realty Group first opened its doors in May of 2008 in a small office located on Rte. 53 in Hanover, MA. Brian Molisse, Owner/Broker and sole proprietor of the company began business as a one man operation.

Though starting alone, Brian had a vision in mind when opening Molisse Realty Group; to open a full-time, full service real estate office that is dedicated to the principles of honesty, integrity, and hard work.

With his noticeable enthusiasm for real estate, Brian was soon approached by many agents who wanted to join him at Molisse Realty Group. The company has grown to include 85+ agents and staff and operates five offices: on the South Shore; we are located in Marshfield at 23 Snow Road in Webster Square, we are right in the heart of Weymouth at 636 Middle Street in Shaws Plaza. Our third location is on the North Shore located in Manchester-by-the-Sea at 11 Central Street, and our newest location is in the heart of downtown Boston at 470 Atlantic Avenue.

Brian Molisse is seeing his long term goals become reality through the continued growth and accomplishment of his company. We are a Realtor® Office and our professional affiliations include membership with the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), the Massachusetts Association of Realtors® (MAR), the North Shore Association of Realtors® (NSAR), and the South Shore Association of Realtors® . Brian Molisse is an active participant with the associations. Brian served as President of the South Shore Association of Realtors® in 2015, he has also served on the Board of Directors for South Shore Realtors® and has been an Honor Society Member. Currently Brian serves on the board of directors with the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and Massachusetts Association of Realtors® (MAR). Brian also serves on the board of directors for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.
